Precautions before maintenance

During maintenance, park the loader on a level surface, put the transmission control lever in neutral, put all accessories in neutral, apply the parking brake, turn off the engine and remove the key.

02 Check item

Check engine oil level, hydraulic oil level

Check lights and gauges, tire pressure and damage

Inject grease and various lubricating oils into the drive shaft

Tighten the front and rear drive shaft connecting bolts weekly

Check transmission oil level, brake booster oil level

Check emergency and parking brakes and adjust if not suitable

Grease the front and rear frame hinge points, rear frame swing frame, intermediate support and other bearings
